What started as a passion for architecture and visualization has grown into a trusted creative studio serving clients across the United States. Xpress Rendering was built on a simple idea: combine architectural knowledge, visual excellence, and fast, reliable service in one place. Behind that vision are two founders who helped shape the company into what it is today.

CEO and Founder

Hi, I’m Nicolas Oña, CEO and Founder of Xpress Rendering. With a background in architecture and construction, I’ve always believed that great visualization goes beyond beautiful images, it should help people understand, trust, and move forward with their projects. At Xpress Rendering, my focus is on delivering quality, speed, and real support to every client.

Hello, I’m Paola Bernasconi, Business Manager and Co-Founder of Xpress Rendering. I’m passionate about creating meaningful client relationships and helping every project move forward with clarity, organization, and care. My role is centered on communication, growth, and making sure each client feels supported from the first conversation.

2003 A Strong Architectural Foundation Xpress Rendering’s story begins with Nicolas Oña, who graduated with top honors in Architecture from the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina. That same year, his 3D rendering skills began opening doors to international opportunities. 2012 The Birth of Xpress Rendering After years of combining architecture, construction, and remote rendering work, XpressRendering.com was officially born with a clear vision: deliver high-quality architectural visualization services to clients abroad. 2015 - 2017 Expanding Across Borders Nicolas and Paola strengthened the company’s presence in the United States, traveling regularly to Florida and making the strategic move to relocate the business there as growth accelerated. 2022 Expanding Into BIM Services As client needs evolved, Xpress Rendering expanded its capabilities by offering BIM services and clash detection support, helping project teams improve coordination, reduce conflicts, and work with greater technical precision. 2006 - 2007 Entering the U.S. Market Nicolas gained hands-on experience working with architectural firms in Arizona, where he deepened his understanding of U.S. workflows, construction practices, and long-term professional collaboration. 2014 Building the Core Team As the company grew, Paola Bernasconi took on a key leadership role in communication, coordination, and business development. Around this time, Xpress Rendering also began building its multidisciplinary team in Córdoba. . 2017 - 2019 Growing with Momentum Xpress Rendering expanded its visibility by participating in major architecture and construction expos in Orlando, New York, and Las Vegas, while also formalizing its operations as an LLC in the U.S. Today A Team Built for What’s Next Today, Xpress Rendering is a growing multidisciplinary team serving clients across the United States with 3D renderings, animations, VR tours, BIM, and design support, and the journeyis still unfolding. Furthering our commitment to excellence, we are proud members of the AIA and SARA,as well as an NCARB Record Holder.
